Stove Igniter clogged

You can clean the igniter by removing the grate covering of the burner that has a problem. Then remove the cap and sealed burner base. Clean the area using a warm and soapy washcloth. You can also soak the burner base using vinegar or warm water and use a stiff brush to remove the debris and most importantly, clean the holes of the burner. Then proceed to reinstall back the burner and try to ignite it.

Connection Loose

This can happen during the cleaning and installation of the stove. If the wires are not connected to the igniter to the control module and this would result in no proper spark needed for the burner to ignite. To check, make sure to unplug the unit, then proceed to remove the grate and burner cap. Also, removed the sealed burner base and proceed to reconnect any loose wires. Proceed to restore the power to the stove and test.

Broken Igniter

You can test this by turning off the lights of the area and turn the control knob to the ignite position. If the igniter will show a yellow or orange instead of bright bluish-white, this will need to be replaced.
